A man and a woman in their early 20s were arrested Tuesday morning after police pulled a car over in the east end for suspicion of impaired driving.

Police said the traffic stop was near the intersection of St. Joseph Boulevard and Place d’Orléans Drive in Ottawa’s east end.

A search of the vehicle yielded a “substantial” quantity of cannabis and cash, police said.
